BACKGROUND:
On February 2, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional surveying services contract with J. S. & S., Inc. d/b/a Jemison Surveying & Services to provide construction land surveying services for the Jones Boulevard Phase II between Erie Avenue and Pyle Avenue project (Bid No. 605687-20) (Project Nos. PW.R033R16 [RTC] and PW.FCLA38E [RFCD]). Current contract value is $256,225.00 ($187,044.25 [RTC] and $69,180.75 [RFCD]).
The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional surveying services contract with J. S. & S., Inc. d/b/a Jemison Surveying & Services provides continued surveying services at no additional cost to the County for the duration of the project, and extends the time of performance to October 28, 2022, unless further time extensions are granted.
J. S. & S., Inc. d/b/a Jemison Surveying & Services currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
