BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606229-22, for Intersection Improvements for Roundabouts at Various Locations Phase II was advertised on July 25, 2022 and opened on August 30, 2022. The Bid amounts are as follows:

Las Vegas Paving Corporation (NBE) $5,240,000.00
This Contract is for intersection improvements for roundabouts within the Summerlin area. The project scope includes mill and overlay, the removal and installation of sidewalk ramps, striping, and updating traffic signs. The project locations include Pavilion Centre Drive and Spotted Leaf Lane, Blue Willow Lane and Desert Primrose/Desert Marigold Lane, Navajo Willow Lane and Havenwood Lane/Desert Marigold Lane, Mesa Park Drive and Town Centre Drive, Mesa Park Drive and Sky Post Road, Regency Summit and Hualapai Way, Count Diero Drive and Desert Marigold Lane.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 120 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Holcim - SWR, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
