BACKGROUND:

On May 5, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved the submission of FY2020-2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), approved a project list, and authorized staff to submit the CDBG Pre-Award Approval Request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and subsequently approved the FY 2020-2024 CDBG CIP.

The CIP included an allocation of $400,000 for ASI Hastings House capital improvement project. Subsequently, on July 20,2021, an additional reallocation amount of $118,000 was approved due to supply system issues and increased construction costs. And on July 19, 2022, a reallocation of $51,000 from CDBG administrative cost savings was approved due to additional cost increases. This Amendment incorporates these approved amounts into the resolution document.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this item as to form.
