BACKGROUND: 

The dedication of an additional ten feet (10') for McLeod Drive near the intersection of Oquendo Road as right-of-way within Clark County-owned (Aviation) property (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-36-601-010) is required for construction, operation and maintenance of roadway improvements and drainage facilities in support of development in the immediate surrounding area.
