BACKGROUND:

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1218 for the Neighborhood Rehabilitation Program:  Fiscal Year 2020 Clark County Maintenance project on its annual Capital Improvement Program initially from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds.  The Board of County Commissioners approved Interlocal Contract No. 1218 on October 6, 2020

RTC and the Board previously approved one supplemental to the interlocal contract increasing total funds for construction per Change Order No. 2, which included improvements at the intersections on Viking Road and Sandhill Road and Robindale Road and Burnham Avenue.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the interlocal contract increases total funds for additional construction.

This project is budgeted in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Fuel Tax Revenue for Fiscal Year 2023.  RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on September 8, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
