BACKGROUND:

On July 14, 2016, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 906 for the Jones Boulevard between Cactus Avenue and Blue Diamond Road project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Funds.

On August 16, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners approved Interlocal Contract No. 906 providing funds for engineering and right-of-way for the project.  Three supplemental contracts were approved increasing total funds, extending the contract term, and changing the funding account.

The attached Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 906 increases total funds for construction for this project.  Funds for the project are budgeted in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Revenue for Fiscal Year 2023.

This project is identified on RTC's Capital Improvement Program.  RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on September 8, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
