RTC will provide funding in the amount of $1,000,000 for all costs associated with this project. Clark County is not obligated to pay any of the project costs.
BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved Interlocal Contract No. 3060 and budgeted funding for the Various Sawtooth Projects in RTC's Highway Improvement Fund for Fiscal Year 2023.The attached Interlocal Contract No. 3060 allocates funds for the design of roadway improvement projects at various Sawtooth locations throughout Clark County. The improvements may include pavement rehabilitation, roadway widening, drainage facilities, streetlights, and other appurtenances necessary to construct the projects.The time of performance is effective to December 31, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on September 8, 2022.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
