Additional Comments:
RTC will provide funding in the amount of $8,000,000 for all costs associated with this project. Clark County is not obligated to pay any of the project costs.
BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved Interlocal Contract No. 3062 and budgeted funding for the Laughlin Roads Areas 1, 2, 3 Residential Rehabilitation project in RTC's Highway Improvement Fund for Fiscal Year 2023.The attached Interlocal Contract No. 3062 allocates funds to construct the Laughlin Roads Areas 1, 2, 3 Residential Rehabilitation project. Design was completed in-house by County staff and all right-of-way has been obtained. The project is ready to be advertised. The time of performance is effective to December 31, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on September 8, 2022.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
