BACKGROUND:

On February 16, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted an interlocal agreement with the City of Boulder City for the City to join the County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Urban County Consortium as a Subrecipient of County CDBG funds for Fiscal Years 2021-2023. Per U.S. HUD requirements, the County must also enter into separate subsequent contracts for the actual receipt of the grant funds.

As a subrecipient, the City of Boulder City is entitled to a portion of the County's CDBG entitlement allocation for the provision of public service and capital projects of benefit to the low and moderate income residents of Boulder City. This contract specifies how the City of Boulder City has determined it will allocate its County FY2022, Federal FY 2021 capital and public service projects.
