BACKGROUND: 

Clark County (County) has an ongoing need for accommodations in Carson City, Nevada to be utilized by County personnel on assignment in Carson City during the 2023 Legislative Session from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. 

Real Property Management (RPM) has secured five (5) king suites at Staybridge Suites for $124.00 per night/per unit. Tentative stay dates are January 23, 2023 through June 11, 2023 for a total of 139 calendar days per unit. The total estimated budget including incidentals is $96,180.00.  RPM is asking for permission to sign each application or rate agreements as necessary for each unit and/or rents as requested up to and not exceeding $96,180.00 through June 30, 2023.
