BACKGROUND: 

This is an annual requirements contract to furnish traffic control services for Harry Reid International Airport.

Bids were received and publicly opened on October 3, 2022:

*Bid submission from RoadSafe Traffic Systems was rejected due to failure to submit a signed Authorization to Submit Bid form.

Staff recommends award to Las Vegas Parking, Inc. (Company) the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The initial term of the contract will be from the date of award through June 30, 2024, with four (4) one-year renewal options.

All bid processes and procedures were completed in accordance with NRS 332.065. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
