BACKGROUND:
On February 19, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with C.A. Group, Inc. for the Russell Road between Paradise Road and Mountain Vista Street (PW.R135AB1), and Eastern Avenue between Tompkins Avenue and Sunset Road (PW.R002ABF) Pavement Rehabilitation project. Effective 2020, this project was solely funded by PW.R135AB1.
The Board previously approved three supplemental to the professional engineering services contract with C.A. Group, Inc. to complete the final design, coordination with agencies, utilities, and adjacent projects, extended the contract term, post-design services, engineering calculations, investigations, traffic signal modification, additional utility and agency coordination, and survey services, respectively.
The attached Supplemental No. 4 to the professional services contract with C.A. Group, Inc. increases total funds for additional engineering services for the resurfacing of Spencer Street between Helm Avenue and Sunset Road, and extends the time of performance to October 31, 2023.
C.A. Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
