BACKGROUND:
The work for Project consists of improvements to various parking lots and landside operations areas which includes: demolition and reconstruction of pavements, relocation and installation of various underground utilities, striping of parking lot stalls and associated numbering, modifications to parking lot and roadway signage, installation of perimeter fencing and gates, lighting improvements, and reconfiguration and installation of various access controls.
