BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the proposed improvements to Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 176-35-201-001 and 176-35-201-002 located at the northeast corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Erie Avenue, pursuant to H.T.E. 21-13072, the property owner, I20 Rainbow, LLC, is required to fund off-site improvements consisting of street paving, curb and gutter, streetlight, sidewalk, water and storm drain systems, and intelligent transportation system (ITS) conduit as part of Clark County's project for Rainbow Boulevard between Erie Avenue and Blue Diamond Road (Project No. R010HSB, L-2170).
The County is proposing a project to repave and widen Rainbow Boulevard in the area of the property owner’s project, which includes construction of portions of the property owner's off-site improvements.
The road improvement agreement sets forth the terms of the property owner’s monetary contribution for the work to be constructed by the County along Rainbow Boulevard between Erie Avenue and Levi Avenue.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form.
