The total Agreement award will be based on revenue received from Lincoln County for Coroner/Medical Examiner Related Services.
BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is for Coroner/Medical Examiner services. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is one year from date of execution, the term of the Agreement will automatically renew annually, not to exceed 5 years from date of execution.• Either party may terminate Agreement with or without cause, upon giving thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other party. The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
