BACKGROUND: 

The proposed ordinance will amend Title 13, Chapter 13.04 of the Clark County Code to update the Permit and Service Fee Schedule by revising the calculation methodology for some permit types and include fire personnel and equipment cost for special events.  

The proposed ordinance was introduced at the Board of County Commissioners’ meeting on December 20, 2022 and a public hearing was set for January 3, 2023 at 10 a.m.

Staff recommends approval of the ordinance to amend Title 13, Chapter 13.04 of the Clark County Code.
