Additional Comments:

The total Agreement award is not to exceed $628,573 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for research on seed ecology, propagation techniques, exploring the feasibility of establishing nursery stock for rare species, and creating conservation collections of seeds.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from date of award through December 31, 2026.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
