BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for the purchase of 2 to 3 covert audio and video (AV) recording equipment systems to be used to combat prostitution and human trafficking.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
