BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is to provide the necessary resources to prevent and/or mitigate the effects of child abuse and neglect with intervention services to children ages zero to three who have come to the attention of Clark County, but do not meet the requirement of an investigation. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
