BACKGROUND:
On November 5, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional services contract for staff augmentation with Aztech Inspections & Testing, LLC to provide quality assurance or independent assurance testing and inspection on various Clark County Department of Public Works projects, as needed.
The Board previously approved two supplementals to the professional services contract with Aztech Inspections & Testing, LLC increasing total funds to $200,000 for additional quality assurance or independent assurance testing and inspection services needed to complete its scope of work on the contract, and extending the contract time for the project.
The attached Supplemental No. 3 to the professional services contract with Aztech Inspections & Testing, LLC extends the time of performance to June 30, 2023, unless further time extensions are granted.
Aztech Inspections & Testing, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
