BACKGROUND:

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1225 for the Starr Avenue between Las Vegas Boulevard and Bermuda Road project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 6, 2020.

The Board and RTC previously approved three supplementals to Interlocal Contract No. 1225 increasing total funds for engineering and right-of-way for the project.

The attached Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1225 increases total funds for additional engineering and right-of-way for this project.

RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on February 9, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
