BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 605968-21, for Desert Inn Road, Nellis Boulevard to Blue Ash Lane was advertised on September 9, 2022 and opened on November 7, 2022. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for roadway improvements on Desert Inn Road from Nellis Boulevard to Blue Ash Lane. Improvements will include pavement rehabilitation, raised medians with left turn lanes at designated intersections, storm drainage facilities, updating existing street lighting, traffic signal modifications, utility modifications and relocations, traffic control devices, pavement markings and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable project.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 105 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
