BACKGROUND:

ARINC Incorporated's exclusive Multi-User System Environment (MUSE) is currently used throughout Harry Reid International Airport. This system is critical to airport operations and allows the Department of Aviation to provide its airline partners with the flexibility to meet evolving operational requirements and ensure efficient passenger/baggage processing. The agreement will cover ARINC software licensing, maintenance, airline system equipment (e.g., kiosks, baggage tag printers, boarding gate readers, etc.), integration, system design, and support services.

The term of the contract will be date of award through March 31, 2028.

In accordance with NRS 332(115)(1) (a), (g), (h), (i), and (j) this purchase is exempt from the competitive bidding process. ARINC is the sole source provider for the software licenses, peripheral equipment, maintenance, and support for both airline passenger and baggage processing systems.

This agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's office. ARINC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
