BACKGROUND:
The Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Action Plan describes the funding allocations, by jurisdiction, for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the Nevada Account for Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AAHTF). Total Federal funding represented in the plan is $13,769,814. The total funding in the plan including funding from the State of Nevada (State HOME and AAHTF) is $5,470,567. Prior to its submittal to the Department of Housing and Urban Development on May 15, 2023, the Action Plan will be revised to incorporate any public comments received as well as any required technical corrections. It is expected that HUD will approve the Action Plan by the end of August 2023.
