BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation leases 81,616 square feet of office space through an existing Real Estate Lease Agreement (Agreement) with MAC One, LLC (Company). This Third Amendment (Amendment) to the Agreement is to authorize the removal of 27,318 square feet from the Agreement, resulting in a cost savings of $83,872.76 per month. 

This Amendment has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.  Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
