On November 14, 2022, Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 606374-22 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal.  Submittals were requested for Information Technology Tier 1 Professional Services.

The selected firms will provide a list of providers under a standard contract to be used to hire temporary personnel services, as needed.  The providers will compete with one another to provide services for each request by submitting hourly rates, qualifications and availability for the required position(s) each time services are required. 

If negotiations produce a satisfactory contract, the contract will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.

In accordance with NRS 332.115.1 (b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the RFQ process.

The selected firms will be required to have a valid Clark County Business License or Vendor Registration.
