BACKGROUND:
On March 3, 2022, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Administrative Services, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of RFQ No. 606010-21 to Community Outreach Medical Center (NBE) in the amount based on annual grant awards for medical, core and support services for HIV/AIDS infected and affected clients in the Las Vegas area.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from October 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023 and included the option to renew for two (2), one-year periods. There is one (1), one-year option remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contracts/Agreements with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for a revision of Exhibit A, Scope of Work. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications involved.
Community Outreach Medical Center currently holds a Clark County Business License.
