BACKGROUND: 

The Department of Aviation has an existing contract with Ricondo and Associates, Inc. (Ricondo) to provide planning services for to the SNSA EIS. Ricondo is currently providing its expertise in reviewing, validating and updating the conceptual planning information that was prepared for the proposed SNSA project. 

This First Amendment (Amendment) will extend the term of the contract for an additional two years through June 30, 2025. The cost of the Amendment will not exceed $1,966,000.00.  All other contract terms and conditions will remain the same.

In accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required because the services to be performed are professional in nature.

This Amendment has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
