Master License and Services Agreement

Additional Comments:

The initial Contract amount was $263,750. Amendment No. 1 will increase the Contract amount by $59,196, for a new total Contract amount of $322,946.

 

BACKGROUND: 


On June 25, 2018, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board) the Department of Administrative Services, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of CBE No. 604915-18 to IonWave Technologies, LLC (LBE) in the amount of $263,750 for eSourcing System Master License and Services Agreement.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

                     The term of the Contract was from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and included the option to renew                      for (4) four, one-year periods.  There are no option(s) remaining.
                     Included the option to terminate for breach with advanced written notice.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for an additional two (2) year term to be added to the Contract.  The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.

The Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required for this effort.
