Additional Comments:

The total Contract award was in the amount of $3,289,275. Amendment No. 1 increased the Contract amount by $54,821.25.  Amendment No. 2 increased the Contract amount by $620,000, for a new contract total of $3,964,096.25.  To date, the total Contract amount used is $3,798,738.75. The additional funding increase of $466,166.46 will bring the total Contract amount to $4,430,262.71 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On March 6, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of RFP No. 604609-17 to Eagle Quest (NBE) in the amount of $3,289,275 to provide Comprehensive Professional Mental Health Services for the Juvenile Assessment Center.

This Contract provides a coordinated site that contributes to the safety of youth, families, and the community through early intervention and improved access to appropriate services in Clark County with Eagle Quest (NBE).

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract was from date of award through December 31, 2018 and included the option to                      renew for 4, one-year periods, and a 6 month extension.
                     Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

This approval will allow monthly fees to be paid through the Contract extension term of June 30, 2023.

Eagle Quest currently holds a Clark County Business License.
