Agreement allowing Clark County Rural Departments to access water tanks

Additional Comments:

The only cost that could be incurred is if damage occurs to the water tanks.         The County will then cover costs for restoration as defined in the agreement.

 

BACKGROUND: 

Clark County wishes to enter into an MOU to access two 9000-gallon water tanks located on Potosi Pines Camp, 10910 Mount Potosi Canyon Road in the event that the water is needed for an emergency fire event.                                    

This agreement will commence from the date of acceptance and will not expire unless written notification is provided by either party giving a 30-day calendar day notice.

Clark County Legal Counsel has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
