BACKGROUND: 

Mandalay Propco, LLC (Assessor’s Parcel Number 162-29-710-002) and MGP Lessor, LLC (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 162-29-510-006 and 162-29-610-003), jointly Grantor, desire to grant to Clark County permanent easements to construct, install, add to, modify, reconstruct, operate, maintain and repair traffic improvements and related appurtenances in support of the Frank Sinatra Drive between Russell Road and Twain Avenue project, located upon or over Grantor’s property.

The attached permanent easements for traffic improvements will grant permanent easements to the County from the Grantor.  The additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and Grantor are described in the permanent easements.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the permanent easements as to form.
