BACKGROUND:
On December 29, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 605756-20 for Public Works Case Management System to Cartegraph Systems LLC (LBE) in the amount of $2,171,575.40 for the asset management processes for traffic signal operations, improved management processes, integrated call center requests and statistical reporting.
An Assignment of Contract to OpenGov, Inc. was approved by the Department of Administrative Services on January 9, 2019.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through December 31, 2021 and included the option to renew for four (4), one-year periods. There are two (2) renewal options remaining.
• Included the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
• Included the option to increase the award amount up to 3% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause and convenience with advanced 30 day written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for additional management processes for traffic signal operations. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications involved.
The Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required for this effort.
