BACKGROUND: 

Frontier Estates Homeowners Association has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County for traffic signal systems and pedestrian access purposes upon Assessor's Parcel No. 177-11-117-006, generally situated at the southeast corner of Warm Springs Road and Tamarus Street. The permanent easement encompasses a combined area of 216 square feet, more or less, upon the subject parcel.

Michael and Denise C. Spina have voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County for traffic signal systems and pedestrian access purposes upon Assessor's Parcel No. 177-11-111-001, generally situated at the southwest corner of Warm Springs Road and Tamarus Street. The permanent easement encompasses a combined area of 66 square feet, more or less, upon the subject parcel.

The grant of easement documents further describes additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantors.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the grants of permanent easements as to form.
