On September 5, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional services contract with Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. to provide construction inspection services for the Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction #104 - Lot 1 & Lot 2 project (Bid No. 606515-23).

Supplemental No. 1 to the contract is necessary to provide additional funds to continue project administration and construction management services due to the construction time for the project increasing from 170 days to 250 days.
