BACKGROUND:

On July 24, 2018, Clark County entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Federal Highway Administration to provide design and construction services for the Logandale Trails Access Road in Moapa Valley utilizing Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) funds.

The attached Modification No. 4 to the MOA is needed to make final adjustments to various sections in the agreement including length, date of completion, and project budget.  The $477,750 represents the additional funds that will be required to satisfy the County's five percent match per the MOA.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed the modification to the MOA as to form.
