BACKGROUND:
On May 19, 2015, Clark County (County) entered into a Lease with Nevada Health Centers (NVHC) to occupy ±8,365 square feet of space at 3900 Cambridge Street Suite 101-105 & 202 Las Vegas, NV (Premises) which expires on May 19, 2024.
NVHC is a non-profit and desires to continue leasing the Premises to operate a medical clinic on the 1st floor and a women, infant and children clinic on the 2nd floor to serve underserved patients and families.
This renewed lease shall commence on May 19, 2024 and expires on May 18, 2029 with five (5) - one (1) year options to renew with prior approval from the County.
