BACKGROUND:
On August l6, 2005, pursuant to NRS 354.609, the BCC approved the request to create an imprest account for the North Las Vegas Justice Court to establish the ability for the Court to take credit cards as payment. We are requesting an increase of the imprest account amount to accommodate the service of e-payments to our constituents.This service has increased over time and the Court finds it necessary to increase the imprest account to $3,000 so that the Court will be able to continue to provide customer service and revenue receipts.
