BACKGROUND:

On February 11, 2021, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1261 from its adopted Capital Improvement Program, for the Intersection Improvements Program: Traffic Signal Equipment Procurement project. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on March 2, 2021.

The Board and RTC previously approved three supplementals to Interlocal Contract No. 1261, increasing total funds for additional construction costs to procure additional long lead time materials for capital projects to expedite construction.

Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1261 increases total funds for additional construction costs to continue purchasing long lead materials in support of Clark County capital projects. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2026, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on April 11, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
