BACKGROUND: 

Commissioner Naft has requested to an agenda item to present a proclamation to YESCO in celebration of their 65th anniversary of the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign. YESCO has also partnered with the County Clerk’s Office, representing the Wedding Capital of the World™, for its “Your Sign of Love” photo contest, honoring the millions of couples who have chosen Las Vegas for their wedding. Couples are invited to share a photo taken in front of the iconic landmark for the chance to receive a customized miniature replica of the Welcome sign generously created by YESCO.
