BACKGROUND:

On June 18, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved a revocable license and maintenance agreement with Las Vegas Kollel Group for the construction and maintenance of non-standard improvements within public rights-of-way along the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Sahara Avenue and Flamingo Road.

The Board of County Commissioners previously approved an amendment to the revocable license and maintenance agreement to extend the area of non-standard improvements north to Cheyenne Avenue.

This second amendment will revise the revocable license and maintenance agreement to allow for additional types and locations for the non-standard improvements.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the Second Amendment to the Revocable License and Maintenance Agreement as to form.
