BACKGROUND: 

On April 4, 2023, the Board directed staff to prepare an ordinance to the Clark County Code to allow for the delivery of liquor from licensed retail liquor stores and third-party delivery companies to consumers, pursuant to NRS 369.489 and the Nevada Tax Commission regulation LCB File No. R068-21.
  
Staff recommends that the ordinance to amend Title 8, Chapters 8.20 and 8.24 of the County Code be introduced and a public hearing be set for October 15, 2024, at 10 a.m.
