BACKGROUND:
At the Board of County Commissioner’s meeting on August 8, 2024, the Board authorized the creation of 96 General Fund, 167 Non-General Fund, 1 Mt. Charleston Fire Protection District, and 1 Redevelopment Agency positions. The corresponding backup associated with the agenda item erroneously left off the creation of 3 Fire Engineers that are to be stationed and paid for by the Department of Aviation (Fire Station #13).
