BACKGROUND: 

On June 15, 2021, Clark County entered into a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide engineering services for the Las Vegas Boulevard Roadway Improvements between I-215 and Fashion Show Drive project.

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. will extend the time of performance to December 31, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
