BACKGROUND:
On May 17, 2022, Clark County entered into a professional engineering services contract with CA Group, Inc. to provide engineering services for the Russell Road between Hualapai Way and Durango Drive project (No PW.R008YFT), and Tropicana Avenue between Durango Drive and Valley View Boulevard project (No. PW.R006KFT).
Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with CA Group, Inc. will extend the time of performance to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.
CA Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
