BACKGROUND: 

On May 21, 2024, the Board discussed business licensing for existing and proposed business activities at Grand Plaza located at 4400 Koval Lane. The Board directed staff to work with the industry and the resorts that may be affected on determining the appropriate activities and bring back a solution.      

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners sitting as the Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board introduce the ordinance to amend Chapter 8.20 of the County Code and set a public hearing for February 18, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
