The total Contract award is estimated in the amount of $3,218,000 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Contract is for verification of official records with Harris Recording Solutions (LBE).

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because documents from 2011 through the present were indexed using auto-index software, through Harris Recording Solutions and need to be verified utilizing same software.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
•                     The term of the Contract is from date of award through November 30, 2025 and includes the option to                      renew for 1, one-year period and includes three month extension.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(h), the competitive bidding process is not required as the item to be purchased pertains to software for computers.

Harris Recording Solutions currently holds a Vendor Registration.
