BACKGROUND:

On July 12, 2018, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1019 for the Silverado Ranch Boulevard between Jones Boulevard and Dean Martin Drive project on its annual Capital Improvement Program initially from Fuel Revenue Indexing Funds.  The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on August 7, 2018, for engineering for the project.

RTC and the Board subsequently approved three supplementals to increase funds for engineering and construction for the project, and extend the contract term.

Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract 1019 reduces funding for construction of the project. The term of the contract remains until June 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared the fourth supplemental contract for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on March 13, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
