Initial contract amount was $27,000,000 and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $6,000,000 revised the total value to $33,000,000. Supplemental No. 3 decrease of $3,000,000 revises the total contract value to $30,000,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 3035 and budgeted funding for the Decatur Boulevard between Tropicana Avenue and Sahara Avenue project in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund for Fiscal Year 2022. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on July 19, 2022.

Supplemental No. 3 to Interlocal Contract No. 3035 decreases total funds for construction. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared the third supplemental contract for the Board of County Commissioners' consideration. RTC approved the third supplemental contract at its meeting on February 13, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
