BACKGROUND: 

On October 15, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners directed staff to review the Clark County Code in relation to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to increase parity regarding fees with other similar liquor licenses.

Staff recommends that the ordinance to amend Sections 8.20.479 and 8.20.020.215 of the County Code be introduced and a public hearing be set for May 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
